Our Story

 

Our Company has been established early 2013, having its head office in Smila village, which belongs to Municipality of Ancient Olympia, Prefecture Ilia, Greece. The aim of our company is to produce culinary herbs, condiments, herbal drugs and essential oils through raw material, coming from mostly local species of Aromatic and Medicinal plants organically cultivated in our own farms. 

The many years of family experience in producing Aromatic and Medicinal plants in our own pilot and commercial farms and the excellent results we have had so far, it has been ‘’our dowry’’ for the creation of this company.

Moreover, seeking scientific knowledge to add to our parental tradition and ensure the best quality of our products we have cooperated with expert researchers from University and the National Agricultural Research Foundation (NAGREF) of Greece. We still continue to consult with Dr. Theodoros Koutsos, agronomist-researcher, ex head of the Section of Aromatic and Medicinal Plants in NAGREF. 

Tradition, knowledge, skills and experience, combined with organic cultivation methods, which are followed strictly under the Organic Certification Authority, and weaved with the ideal climate and full abundant sun light of Ancient Olympia and Crete, is our ‘’secret’’.

So, we hope that our products, culinary herbs, condiments, herbal drugs and essential oils coming from plant species originated from our blessed land and cultivated with respect to the environment and customers, will meet the criteria of the most demanding markets in the world.
